The Ruler of Albion is an achievement in Fable II. In order to receive this achievement you must attain 2.5 Million Gold's worth of real Estate. Guides and list of properties are shown below.

The easiest way to achieve this Achievement is to purchase almost every possible house, stall, shop and pub available. However, in some cases, due to quests being incomplete, it can be impossible to gain 2.5 Million, whilst having purchased every building and stall. Therefore you can use furniture to boost the price of a house or pub in order to get closer to the 2.5 target.
