The quickest way to obtain this achievement is to head to Bowerstone Market and visit the Fiction Burns bookstore. Buy a dog trick book from the vendor, and proceed outside to your dog. Activate the book by either selecting it on your D-Pad, or manually selecting it through the book items in your inventory.
