Mysterious Door[]
There is a black door that looks like a safe directly in front of the entrance. How is it unlocked/opened?

- You must buy and live in the house, don't rent it out or use it as a marital home. That's the only way I ever got the door to open, it will either open into a back alley leading to a chest or just a small vacant back alley (I forget which of the two it actually is).
