Shan is a character in Fable: Edge of the World. Shan initially comes to Albion on the night of the current Hero King's wedding to his new bride Laylah, as an ambassador of sorts, warning the King about the resurgence of the Darkness in Samarkand. He then accompanies the Hero of Brightwall into Samarkand, offering his services as a guide and scout. He helps the King's expedition travel through the deadly, exotic desert land.
