Raynards is a ship captain in Westcliff in Fable II. He is the captain of the ship that takes the Hero of Bowerstone and the rest of Lucien's recruits to the Tattered Spire. He is waiting on the pier, and tells the Hero that personal effects (and pets) are prohibited on the voyage.
