In Fable III, food items can only be consumed during combat (or shortly after) to heal the Hero, or used immediately after buying/finding them. Each food type comes in only one quality, and no foods grant experience (i.e: They don't improve Strength, Stature, or Magic Aura). Further, only the Crunchy Chick and Tofu have an impact on Morality. However, more foods reduce weight than in previous games. Lastly, the Hero may only carry one type of food at a time, and may only carry up to ten units of that food. Purchasing a new type will cause you to lose your existing stock of food.
Below is a table of all Food and Drink in Fable III, their effect on Health, their effect on weight, and locations they can be purchased. Click the icon next to any header name to sort the table according to that parameter.

Notes[]
- Alcoholic beverages will get the Hero drunk. This results in blurred vision and hearing, and usually vomiting.
- Many shops' inventory changes over time. While some items (such as Tofu and Crunchy Chicks) are always available in the district(s) listed, other items may not be. Likewise, some items may turn up in districts not listed.
