Lychfield Graveyard is a graveyard from the Fable series. It serves a purpose in the main quest of Fable.
The Lychfield Graveyard is a very large burial ground which also has a Demon Door outside its gates. This Demon Door only opens if Nostro, the creator of the Guild and the 'Keeper of the Door', orders it to.
The Lychfield Graveyard is overrun by an almost infinite amount of annoyingly persistent undead, which is useful if you are trying to level up your hero. It is accessable from Headsman's Hill, and then you can teleport when you reach there.
Notes
Edit
- Also, one tombstone is of interest here: the grave of someone called Brom, probably a reference to the Hero's father. It is written that he died in a bandit raid. However, in Fable II, the grave of Brom can be found in Wraithmarsh.
- On a hill in the middle of the Graveyard there is a tombstone that reads, "Capt. J. Sparrow. A wind at your back forever, sir", referring to Disney's Captain Jack Sparrow.
- Somewhere in the cemetery, two tombstones bear the names of Sarah Connor and John Connor from the Terminator series.
- There is also another comical headstone reading "Sic Gorgiamus Allos Subjectatos Nunc" The Famous Addam's Family motto. Which is Dog Latin for "We gladly feast on those who would subdue us".
