Lychfield Graveyard

(Redirected from Lychfield)

Lychfield Graveyard is a graveyard from the Fable series. It serves a purpose in the main quest of Fable.

The Lychfield Graveyard is a very large burial ground that was once under the watchful eye of Nostro the gravekeeper, and when he was killed by his apprentice, another gravekeeper was issued. It is unknown, however, if the gravekeeper from Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters is the same that poisoned Nostro.

The Lychfield Graveyard is overrun by an almost infinite amount of annoyingly persistant undead, which is useful if you are trying to level up your hero. It is accessable from Headman's Hill, and then you can teleport when you reach there.

[edit] Notes

  • It has one Demon Door, which can be opened with the help of Nostro. There are many places to dig up and gather items, especially from the grave.
  • Also, one tombstone is of interest here: the grave of someone called Brom, probably a reference to the Hero's father. It is written that he died in a bandit raid. However, in Fable II, the grave of Brom can be found in the remains of Oakvale.
  • On a hill in the middle of the Graveyard there is a tombstone that reads, "Capt. J. Sparrow. A wind at your back forever, sir", Refering to Disney's Jack.
