Lilith is a character in Fable II. The Hero and Hammer come upon her while travelling through Westcliff. She exclaims, distraught, that her family has been attacked by balverines; her husband has been killed and her son has been kidnapped. She requests that the Hero rescue her son, who has apparently been taken to the nearby Howling Halls. Hammer agrees to this and reassures Lilith that they will rescue her son. However, this all turns out to be a trap, and once inside the Howling Halls, she exclaims "Children, I bring you flesh!" in a demonic tone and disappears, prompting her balverine "children" to attack. Once all of the balverines are defeated, she reappears as a white balverine and attacks the Hero, who eventually kills her.
- She is likely named after Lilith, a female demon from Jewish mythology.
- If you attack her when you meet her she will laugh in a deep voice and jump high, never to be seen until you are in the Howling Halls.
- She seems to be the matriarch of the Balverines as she refers to the lesser ones as her children.
- If you strike her before entering the Howling Halls, you still get 20 Evil Points for Assault.
