If I Only Had a Brain is an achievement in Fable: The Journey.
Scarecrows are only found in the Arcade mode (accessed through the main menu) on each level which unlocks as you progress through the campaign. There are 20 in all to find, hit them with any type of spell to destroy them.

- The title of this achievement is a reference to the song sung by Scarecrow in the 1939 American musical fantasy film The Wizard of Oz.
