I do not like this feature, I think that it gives trolls the ability to troll even after their block. I realize that the feature is for user to contest their block but if they truly think the block is unjust they can e-mail the administrator that blocked them and state their case. While this can be useful, often times it can the user's page where trolling and other violations can occur, so blocking from other stuff isn't that effective. I think if this feature were removed, you would need to make it even more clear that using e-mail is the way to contest blocks.
