No matter what you are, Evil or good, you cannot survive without money. That is why I made this page. This is the overview of it:

  • Evil vs Good (amount made from each)
  • Detailed tutorial
  • How to stay rich

Evil vs Good and How They Differ in Money Making

When you play the game, you will have to make a decision between and evil. If you decide to become evil, you will make decisions in the campaign as king/queen that will make you rich, but make the people dislike you. If you are good, the people will love you, but your treasury will have negative money. No fear! Having no money isn't completely bad. You will have a reason to play, and if you follow this guide, you will have positive money in your castle (meaning your kingdom) treasury, and have a few million more in your sanctuary (personal) treasury.

Tutorial

  • In your Sanctuary Map, select a town and zoom in on it.
  • Buy as many buildings as you can afford in that town.
  • If it is just a simple home, buy and rent out
  • If the home is in need of repair, then do it. (Remeber to repair often, as renters will stop paying when the repair level reaches 0).
  • Then adjust rent accordingly
  • If you are good, put it on normal, (this applies for shops as well). If you are evil go ahead and put it on highest. (the rent/prices do affect your moral standing)
  • Now move on to buy shops, and adjust the prices to match your moral target
  • Once you own as many buildings you can afford, go to each public building and go up to the cash register and hold the action button to use (this is different from stealing and will not affect your moral standing). Note: if you go to a public building at night, you will have to knock it will open even if you own it, and the guards might arrest at you, so I suggest doing it the day time.
  • Optional: if you are good and have negative money in the kingdom treasury, donate some via your ledger in your personal treasury. This also affects your moral standing; Donating is good, taking is evil

Note: some towns are worth more. Millfield has fewer stores, but the houses you can rent out are worth more.

How to Stay Rich

  • Try not to spend money unnecesarily, as in buying weak weapons or unwanted clothes
  • The more you own, the more money you make, remember that
