No matter what you are, Evil or good, you cannot survive without money. That is why I made this page. This is the overview of it:

  • Evil vs Good (amount made from each)
  • Detailed tutorial
  • How to stay rich

1 Evil vs Good, how they differ in moneymaking

When you play the game, you will have to make a decision between and evil. If you decide to become evil, you will make decisions in the campaign as king/queen that will make you rich, but make the people dislike you. If you are good, the people will love you, but your treasury will have negative money. No fear! Having no money isn't completely bad. You will have a reason to play, and if you follow this guide, you will have positive money in your castle (meaning your kingdom) treasury, and have a few million more in your sanctuary (personal) treasury.

2 Tutorial

  1. In your map (where you are able to fast travel) select a town and zoom in on.
  1. Buy all (or as many as you can depending on your money) the buildings in that town.
  1. If it is just a simple home, buy and rent out
  1. If the home is in need of repair, then do it, most of the time it is cheap.
  1. Then Adjust rent
  1. If you are good, I suggest putting it on normal (this applies for all the other buildings you buy too). If you are evil go ahead and put it on highest. (the rent/prices do affect your moral standing) thats it for the houses now on to shops
  1. After you buy a public building (AKA shop, pub, etc) go to adjust prices and adjust to how you like it.
  1. Once you own as many buildings you can afford, go to each public building and go up to the cash register and hold A (on Xbox 360 controllers) to use (this is different from stealing and will not affect your moral standing). Note: if you go to a public building at night, you will have to knock it will open if you own it though, and the guards might yell at you, so i suggest doing it the day time.
  1. Optional: if you are good and have negative money in the kingdom treasury, donate some via your "book" in your personal treasury. This also affects your moral standing, so donating is good, taking is evil

Note: some towns are worth more. Millfields have fewer stores, but the houses ou can rent are worth alot.

3 How to Stay Rich

  • Try not to buy too much of something
  • The more you own, the more money you make, remember that

I hope this help, because i did this and now i own all of the Millfields, all of Bowerstone Market, and all of Brightwall Village (minus 1 house, because it wouldnt let me buy it)
