The Mage's favourite! This creates a ball of fire in the palm of the caster's hand which flies toward the target when released. Higher levels allow the caster to charge up an extremely powerful fireball that deals a devastating explosive force on impact.
The Fireball spell takes around 2 seconds to charge. Whether or not you choose to charge it fully is the difference between throwing a small poof of fire and throwing a small bomb, capable of taking out many enemies in one blast of flame.
Each charge of a fireball will increase the damage to the next level, so a user with a level 4 Fireball will still only deal 80 damage if it doesn't charge.
Charging a fireball to levels 3 and 4 will result in some area-of-effect splash damage. This affects friendly and unfriendly targets, so use with caution.
