Patsy is a farmer from Brightwall in Fable III.
She, along with her husband Bernard, own some chickens that escaped in the quest Chicken Chaser. Unlike her husband, Patsy is legitimately concerned for the safety of the chickens and urges her husband to calm down, reassuring him that the chickens are not actually capable of feats of higher intelligence such as military action.
Once the chickens are rounded up, Patsy admits that she was the one that let them loose, as she felt that Bernard was being too cruel. Bernard, however, still vehemently wants to kill the chickens, fearing their supposed powers. The Hero of Brightwall must choose who to give them to.
If the Hero favours Patsy and spares the chickens, Bernard will (perhaps grudgingly) accede and the couple will set up a race track for the chickens in A Day at the (Chicken) Races. However, if the Hero advises Bernard to kill the chickens, Patsy will soon divorce him, adopt some more chickens, and set up the races anyway.
