Chickenbane is a legendary pistol in Fable III. It may be found in either the Sanctuary Treasury Chest or the Bowerstone Castle Silver Chest.

The scourge of chickens across Albion. This weapon could easily have been called Chickenscourge, but that name didn't test well.

Note: The base damage of the weapon varies depending on what your ranged weapon level is. For instance the 110 base damage is done with a range weapon level of 5.

- Kicking the same chicken repeatedly counts toward the Kicker requirement. You don't need to kick 100 (20) different chickens.
- The Chickenbane when fully upgraded (level 5 and all 3 augments, Kicker, Scratcher and Swashbuckler are completed) does a staggering 134 damage to all enemies and a 10% chance of knockback per hit.
- Chickenbane is part of a small group of weapons that are extremely rare. It is only 'common' in the Sanctuary's riddle chest and the 50 silver key chest in Bowerstone Castle's garden.
