The Blades Spell Gauntlet is a gauntlet in Fable III that allows the player to summon mystical blades that can impale enemies. It is almost identical in style to the Blades spell of Fable II.

A fully charged, aimed attack with the Blades Spell Gauntlet has the highest raw damage of all the spells in Fable III. As such, it is devastating to individual targets. It is a far less effective spell to use on its own when surrounded by enemies for the following reasons: it has a delayed effect when casting area-of-effect and the lacks the staying power of Shock or Vortex.

Description[]

Blades conjures magical swords which seek out and impale enemies.

Legendary Weapon Augments[]

Only one legendary weapon in Fable III has an augment that requires kills with an unwoven Blades spell to unlock a bonus; a sword: The Channeler.

Spell Weaving[]

Those two do compliment each other very well. Happy Casting!

When the Blades Spell Gauntlet is woven with another, the two spell effects are often mixed together instead of using two different spells at once. For example: when weaved with the Fireball Spell Gauntlet it creates flaming swords, weaved with the Ice Storm Spell Gauntlet and so forth. This does not apply when combined with more defensive spells like Vortex, which catches enemies up in a windstorm while they are impaled by swords, and Force Push, which knocks the enemies back and impales them with blades.
