Chavington Hall is a property available for sale in Millfields in Fable III. It is located close to the entrance of Silverpines. While quite lavish, it is still the least expensive home in Millfields. Muriel is standing in front of this property during the quest Stolen Statue and is presumed to be its resident. If you do not purchase this property she will be the owner of it afterwards.

Base value: 167,137 gold
Base income: 6,017 gold,[1].
Location: Millfields. Near the exit to Silverpines on the main road from Bowerstone.

Notes Edit

This property cannot be repaired from the map in the Sanctuary and there is no sign posted outside, so if it is rented out, its condition will gradually deteriorate and eventually generate no income.

However, if you buy the house, then sell it again, and that when you sell it the owner is not Muriel the Noblewoman, the house will belong to another person if left vacant and then the condition will drop to 0% and the house can be repaired from the Sanctuary map. But still, there is no sign posted outside the house, so if you broke a window or a door, it won't come back because you have to use the Sanctuary map.
